Ryan Sim | The Favourite

Brisbane native and geriatric millennial Ryan Sim presents his debut festival hour “The Favourite.”

The Favourite is a show about growing up in suburban Australia at the turn of the millennium. If you were bullied in primary school, wore a wallet chain that seemed to get longer and longer with every passing year, or if your favourite band was ever Limp Bizkit, this show is for you.

Ryan Sim started stand up comedy in Brisbane, relocating to Sydney in 2021. He’s supported acts such as Luke Heggie, Damien Power, and Dan Rath, and has travelled Australia with his stand up act.

This hour is the product of 6 years of live comedy and 37 years of achieving, with flying colours, the very low expectations set for him.
